ANTISHOCK VALVE REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR NAVAL MILITARY UNITS

The anti shock valves remote control systems are manufactured for use on Military Naval Unit.
They are manufactured in compliance with the regulations RINAMIL (MIL-S-901D or NAV-30-A001 shock, MIL-STD-167 or A002-30-NAV vibrations).

They can be supplied in the following versions:

  • manually operated systems via hydraulic manipulators by lever
  • electrically operated systems through console or mimic panel
  • systems operated by Touch Screen – wiring in parallel with Automation Ship
  • systems operated by Touch Screen – redundant serial wiring with Ship Automation (IEP ETHERNET nodal network – optic fiber)

COMPUTERIZED VALVE REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEMS FOR MERCHANT SHIPS AND OIL PLATFORMS

The computerized valve remote control systems are manufactured for use on Merchant ships and OFF- SHORE platforms.

They are manufactured in compliance with the directives of the IACS M64-1 – “Design of integrated cargo and ballast systems on tankers – single failure – (July 2004)”, thus conforming to the principle of redundancy built.

Available in version EEx d, EEx i to control valves located in Hazardous Area: ATEX and NEC (Class / Division). In this context, can be supplied Ex d Control Cabinets, in AISI 316L stainless steel or aluminum, with mechanical protection NEMA 4X.

They can be supplied in the standard versions:

  • manually operated systems via hydraulic manipulators by lever
  • electrically operated systems through console or mimic panel

or in the computerized versions:

  • systems operated by Touch Screen – wiring in parallel with Automation Ship
  • systems operated by Touch Screen – redundant serial wiring with Ship Automation (IEP ETHERNET nodal network – optic fib
